1. Delivery Timelines

At MonDaDa, we strive to bring Belgian luxury to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

• Dubai Delivery: We aim for same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

• General Processing: Due to order volumes, delivery may take up to 2 business days.

• Other Emirates: Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–3 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Fees

We offer premium delivery services across the UAE with the following structure:

• Dubai: FREE delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.

• Other Emirates: A flat delivery fee of 150 AED applies.

• UAE-Wide Free Shipping: Delivery to any Emirate is FREE for all orders above 800 AED.

3. Local Pickup at Expo City

If you prefer to collect your order immediately, visit our partner location:

• Location: Bloom Outdoor Living, Expo City.

• Hours: Open every day.

• Ready in 1 Hour: Your order can be ready for collection within 60 minutes.

• Important: Please call in advance (at least 1 hour prior) to ensure your items are prepared for pickup.

4. Climate-Controlled Logistics

To protect the integrity of our artisanal wax and Belgian-crafted vessels, all deliveries are handled via climate-controlled transport to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, regardless of the outdoor temperature.
