MonDaDa Returns & Refunds
1. 14-Day Boutique Return Window
We want you to be completely enamored with your MonDaDa piece. If you change your mind, you may return your unused candle in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our scents and artisanal vessels, we cannot accept returns on:

Used or Lit Candles: Once the wick is cut or lit, the item is yours to keep.

Custom/Bespoke Orders: Any candles created with custom scents or personalized engravings.

Refill Services: Completed wax refills on existing jars.
3. Damaged or Broken Items (Shipping Guarantee)
Our concrete and ceramic vessels are robust, but we know the journey to your doorstep can be unpredictable.

If your candle arrives cracked or broken, please email a photo of the item and the packaging to sales@bloom.furniture within 48 hours of receipt.

We will ship a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
4. Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received at our Dubai hub, we will inspect it to ensure it is in sellable condition.

Processing: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping to our local warehouse.
5. European Craftsmanship Disclaimer
Please note that each MonDaDa vessel is handmade in Belgium. Small bubbles, slight color variations, or "imperfect" textures in the concrete and ceramic are not defects; they are the unique DNA of your artisanal piece.
